Setting Out Engineer – BESS / Substations

I’m recruiting for a civils contractor working across BESS and substation projects in Yorkshire.

I’m looking for a Setting Out Engineer with a strong civils background and previous experience working with subcontractors on site.

The details:

£350–£400 per day

*

Outside IR35

*

6-month contract

*

Yorkshire-based projects

*

Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm

*

ASAP start

Essential experience:

*

Setting out for civils works

*

National Grid Persons ticket (EUSR)

*

BESS, substation or power infrastructure experience

*

Managing and coordinating subcontractors

*

Civils works, including groundworks, drainage, ducting and concrete
