Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to manage the cost controls and reporting for groundworks and civil engineering contracting business based in South Wales, between Cardiff and Bridgend. .

Company Profile:

A well respected civil engineering and groundworks business with very strong repeat business relationships. Working on commercial groundworks packages throughout the South Wales region along with various other civil engineering types of work.

Works include:

* Bulk excavation & Ground remediation

* Piling mats and piling, pile caps etc

* Ground beams and floor slabs

* Foundations

* Specialist tanking installation

* Retaining walls & Substructures

* Reinforced concrete sub-structures

* External works and hard / soft landscaping

* Highwys and Airport works
