This business is a real British success story and acts as one of the backbones of wider British food manufacturing. As SHE Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and promoting a proactive culture of Health and Safety on site.

The Role

The successful SHE Manager will:

* Lead and develop the site SHE strategy in line with business objectives and CPC Group standards

* Drive safety leadership and continuous improvement using NEBOSH/IOSH Plan-Do-Check-Act principles

* Manage environmental compliance, including hazardous waste, pollutant monitoring and sustainability initiatives

* Conduct regular health, safety and environmental audits to ensure legal compliance and best practice

* Deliver engaging SHE training programmes, including emergency procedures and workplace safety

The Candidate

The successful SHE Manager will have:

* NEBOSH Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health Safety, Environmental Science or related discipline

* Proven experience in a SHE leadership role within manufacturing or food production

* Environmental qualification – IEMA/ISEP, NEBOSH, ISO14001/OHSAS18001 systems management experience.

* Producing, communicating, and delivering a sustainability programme to realise the site ambition for 2030
