The Opportunity

You'll be joining a highly experienced construction team delivering complex healthcare facilities, playing a key role in managing the Mechanical and Electrical elements of major projects.

This isn't simply about delivering one project and moving on. It's about becoming part of a long-term programme of work, developing your expertise and building a future with a respected main contractor.

What You'll Be Doing

Taking responsibility for the successful delivery of both Mechanical and Electrical packages.

*

Managing specialist M&E subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.

*

Overseeing technical coordination, installation, commissioning and handover.

*

Working closely with design, commercial and operational teams.

*

Managing programme milestones, quality standards and subcontractor performance.

*

Ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations, technical specifications and healthcare requirements.

*

Identifying and resolving technical challenges to maintain programme delivery.

*

Maintaining excellent health, safety and quality standards.

*

Supporting the delivery of technically complex healthcare facilities.

What We're Looking For

You must have experience managing BOTH Mechanical and Electrical building services.

We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates who offer:

Proven MEP management experience working for a Tier 1 main contractor.

*

Strong technical knowledge across both Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.

*

Experience delivering major construction projects with complex M&E installations.

*

The ability to manage specialist subcontractors and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

*

Strong understanding of design coordination, installation, testing and commissioning.

*

Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

*

A proactive approach to programme management and project delivery.

Experience within healthcare, hospitals or other technically demanding environments would be advantageous.
