Are you an ambitious Structural Engineer looking for the next step in your career?

We're working with a highly respected, multi-disciplinary consultancy seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their growing Cambridge team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects whilst taking on greater responsibility, client exposure and leadership opportunities.

From education and healthcare developments to commercial and residential schemes, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative and practical structural solutions from concept through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading structural design projects across a variety of sectors

Taking projects from concept design through construction and final delivery

Producing calculations, specifications and technical reports

Undertaking site inspections and structural surveys

Working closely with architects, contractors and multidisciplinary teams

Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships

Assisting with the mentoring and development of junior engineers

Managing project programmes, resources and budgets

What We're Looking For

Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering

Chartered Engineer or actively working towards Chartership

Strong experience delivering building structures projects

Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods

Experience across sectors such as education, healthcare, commercial or residential

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Full UK Driving Licence
