Remuneration: £45,000 - £65,000 + Discretionary bonus

The role of the Estimator – Flat Roofing will involve:

* Estimator position promoting a range of commercial/industrial refurbishments & roofing projects

* Conduct take-offs to support accurate project assessments.

* Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for flat roofing and construction projects.

* Assist with obtaining and reviewing subcontractor quotations and supplier costs.

* Support contract review meetings with the Contracts Department for secured projects.

* Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high accuracy, organisation, and quality standards.

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Flat Roofing will with:

* Must have extensive experience as an Estimator within a main contractor

* Ideally have experience with flat roofing systems, refurbishment of large scale industrial and commercial projects

* Would be open to a junior who’s looking to get a foot in the door within the flat roofing industry

* Proven experience pricing construction projects and preparing tender submissions.

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Strong character that’s not afraid to help the team when necessary

* IT literate
