Associate Commercial Manager – Rail

Conrad Consulting is looking for an Associate Commercial Manager to support a major rail and transport client in Bristol.

This is an opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to contribute to the commercial management of rail infrastructure work within a complex delivery environment.

The Role

Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

Supporting commercial management across rail projects.

Monitoring costs, contractual obligations and commercial performance.

Assisting with contract administration and change management.

Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.

Supporting reporting, forecasting and financial controls.

Working with project teams and stakeholders to resolve commercial issues.

Ensuring appropriate commercial processes and records are maintained.

About You

You will have:

Commercial management experience within rail, transport or infrastructure.

A sound understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes.

Strong analytical and financial management skills.

Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation abilities.

A proactive approach to commercial risk and problem-solving.
