We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established organisation delivering social housing and property maintenance services.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially focused surveyor with experience in social housing or housing maintenance, looking to develop their career within a stable and growing business.

About YouWe're looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor with:

Post-graduate experience in a surveying/commercial role

Experience within social housing or housing maintenance

Ideally, exposure to responsive repairs, voids, compliance or planned maintenance

Good understanding of commercial and contractual processes

Experience managing subcontractors, valuations and variations

Strong commercial awareness and communication skills

A proactive and organised approach
