Associate Quantity Surveyor

A multi-disciplinary PQS Consultancy is seeking a forward-thinking Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role

The Associate Quantity Surveyor will lead a Quantity Surveying team primarily working on regeneration projects across both the public and private sectors.

Alongside involvement in project delivery, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will also oversee the training and development of less experienced Quantity Surveyors within the team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

MRICS or similar
Excellent pre and post contract experience
Previous experience at Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor level
Comfortable delivering projects independently
Worked within a PQS / Construction consultancy environment
