I'm currently working with a growing regional main contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The successful candidate will be involved in delivering a £40 million mixed-use development in Greater Manchester, comprising a combination of apartments and commercial office space.

The role will involve:

• Commercial management of the project from PCSA stage through to the main contract.
• Supporting and progressing the PCSA ahead of the main contract award.
• Managing procurement, subcontractor packages and valuations.
• Cost reporting, forecasting and financial control.
• Managing variations, change control and final accounts.
• Working closely with the project and delivery teams to ensure commercial success.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor.
• Previous PCSA experience is essential.
• Experience delivering residential and/or commercial projects.
• Experience with Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) or SFS schemes would be highly advantageous, but is not essential.
• Strong commercial and subcontractor management skills.
