Commercial Manager – Rail Auditing

Conrad Consulting is seeking a Commercial Manager to support a rail project, with a particular focus on commercial verification and auditing activities based at Euston.

This opportunity will suit a commercially experienced professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to review project information, assess compliance and identify commercial issues.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

Undertaking commercial audits and reviews.

Reviewing project costs, contractual information and supporting documentation.

Identifying discrepancies, risks and areas requiring further investigation.

Assessing commercial information against contractual and project requirements.

Preparing findings, reports and recommendations.

Liaising with project stakeholders to resolve queries.

Supporting effective commercial governance and assurance.

About You

You will have:

Commercial management or quantity surveying experience.

Experience in rail, construction or infrastructure projects.

Strong auditing, analytical and reporting skills.

A good understanding of commercial controls and contract administration.

Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills.
